  3. Bookig and collection:  Customer can schedule bookings via email or by phone. Collection time will be confirmed via email or text. Customer must ensure someone is available to hand over items at the scheduled time.
  4. Pricing and payment: Basic prices for services are displayed on our website and may vary based on items and services required. Payment must be completed before or upon delivery of the cleaned items. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and pay over the phone.
  5. Responsibility for items: We take great care in handling items. However, we are not liable for damage caused by inherent defects, wear and tear, or improper care instructions. Customer must inform us of any specific concerns or instructions regarding their items before collection.
  6. Liability limitation: our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  7. Item restrictions: Certain items may not be accepted for cleaning, but not limited to: items with damage prior to collection, items made of materials that cannot be cleaned using our standard process, soiled items, customer are responsible for disclosing any special requirements or conditions relatedto their items.
  8. Delivery: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform customers of any delays. Items must be collected at the arranged delivery time; if not collected, items may be returned to the facility, and additional charges may apply.
  9. Cancellation and changes: Customer may cancel or modify their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection.
  10. Privacy policy: We respect your privacy. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use and safaguard your personal information.
  11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these term will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
